2020 - Gender Creative Kids
We live in a society where stigma and discrimination against trans kids is common, from subtle comments on the way parents raise their kids to direct transphobic verbal attacks or violent physical assaults. School is one of the most vulnerable spaces for trans and non-binary youth. Experiences of violence and discrimination makes it hard for those kids to talk about their identities and explore their true selves while learning and trying to make friends.
